Pay Continuation Program*

  • Provides pay continuation in the event of an employee's illness or injury lasting more than 2 weeks.
  • Plan pays a percentage of salary based upon years of service

Long-Teram Disability Insurance*

  • If an employee is unable to work for more than 6 months and qualifies as "disabled"-the plan will pay up to 60% of base pay.
  • Provided at no cost to the employee.

401 (k) Savings Incentive Plan

  • Allows employees to save between 1-50% of pay for retirement
  • Potential SYSCO match of 50% of the first 6% saved-20% guaranteed, 30% based on local goals
  • Offers the opportunity to save for the future while reducing current taxable income
  • New employees are immediately eligible to participate (match vests after 5 years)

Business Travel Accident Insurance*

  • Provides insurance while an employee is traveling on business
