Provides pay continuation in the event of an employee's illness or injury lasting more than 2 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance*
If an employee is unable to work for more than 6 months and qualifies as "disabled"-the plan will pay up to 60% of base pay.

Allows employees to save between 1-50% of pay for retirement
Potential match of $0.50 per dollar contributed on the first 6% of contributions based on our operating company meeting minimum operating pretax earnings.
