Dragonfish Asian Café
808 SW Taylor St., Portland, OR, 503.243.5991
COMMENTS FROM THE KITCHEN: Our "specialty" sushi roll experience: Instead of the standard wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce, we have developed 8 rolls each with their own special sauce; my favorite is the Thai Devil Roll- Spicy albacore tuna, shrimp, Thai basil and red onion. Rolled and served with orange and green tobiko and a spicy Thai chili cilantro lime sauce. GREAT!!!

SIGNATURE DISH: Oregon Coast Omelet, Sammy Scramble TRUE STORY: We have an annual Crabfest in January; we put a giant inflatable Crab named Louie on our building to 'remind' our customers of the promotion. One year during a severe storm Louie blew off our building. I received a call at 3AM from the Hillsboro Police telling me there was a giant crab crossing the street and asking if it belonged to us. It was a bit embarrassing, but pretty funny too. APPEARING ON CAMERA: Rick Van Beveren
